Savings Building, Euclid and Crescent~ Suit~ 686, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain
real property si.tuated in the City of Anaheim~ County of Orange~ State of California,
described as Lot No. 8 of the Anaheim Homestead Tract, as~"shown on a map recorded in Book 26~
page I0, of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the ~otinty Recorder of Los Angeles

WHEREAS, the City Plenaing Commissioa did hold a public hearing at the Ciry Hell in the City of Aneheim on
January 7' 1963, at 2:00 o'clocl~ P.M., aotice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law aad in accordacce with the provisioas of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to heat ead consider evidence
for and against said proposed coaditionel use and to investigete and make findings end cecommendetions in connection
ffierewith: and
WHEREAS, said Comaission, after due iaspection, investigatioa, end atudy mede by itself end in its behelf, end
aftar dne consideretion of all evidence and ceports offered at said hearing, does Eind end determine the following facts:
2. That the proposed use is propecly one for which a Conditioael.Use Pecmlt is authorized by this Code, to
~t~ Establish a si.ngle story planned-unit multiple family residential development with
carports on subj~ct property.
2. Thet the pmposed nse will not adversely affect the edjoining lend uses end the growth and development of
the azea ia which it is proposed to be located.
3. T6at the size and shap~ of the site pxoposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development of the
proposed nse in a manner not detrimental to the particular erea nor to the peace, health, sefety, end generel welfare
of Uee Citizens of tfie City of Aaeheim.
4. Thet the ~tiag of ffie Conditioaal Use Pecmit uader the conditions impoaed, if eny, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, aad geaeral welfece of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5. ?hat tfie traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area.
6. That two persons appeared in opposition to subject petition.

IJOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Pler.ning Commission does hereby grant subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessery prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in o:der to p~eserve the safety end general welfere of the Citizens of the
City of Aneheim: '
1. Sub~ect to the approval of Reclassif ication No. 62-63-56.
