WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold e public heating et the City Hell in the City of Aneheim on
January 7~ 1963, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing haviag been duly given as cequired by
law end in eccordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence
for end egainst said proposed conditionel use end to investigete and make findinge and recommendetioas ia connection
thecewith; end ' '
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, iavestigation, and study made by itself and in its behalf, and
after due consideretion of ell evidence and repods offeced et said hearing, does find end determine the following facts:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which e Conditional.Use Pe~it is authorized by this Code, to
wit: establish a two-story plannsd-unit multiple family residential development with car-
ports on subject property.
2. Thet the proposed use will not adversely effect the edjoining land uses end the growth and development of
the aree in which it is proposed to be located.
3. Thet the size and shepe of fhe site ptoposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimentel to the perticuler eces: nor to the peace, health, safety, and generel welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Meheim.
4. Thet the grenting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions impoaed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfare of the Citizens of iuie City of Anaheim.
5. That the traffic~generated by the proposed use willnot impose an undue burden upon
the streets and highways designed and improved tU carry the traffic in the area. .
6. That three persons appeared in opposition to subject oetition.

Petltion for Conditionel Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are heceby found to be a necessary p!erequisite
to the proposed use of the subject propecty in order to preserve the safety and ~enecel welfere of the Citizens of the ~
