Zil:~ ;,,. ; . ~°` ~ 9 :- ~ ~~~ - ~~: ~ - - _~ _ ,- ,; ,:, . . ~ , ~~ 1NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheim City Plenaing Commis~ion does he~eby recommend to the City Council of the Ciry of Aneheim that subject Petition for Reclassificetioa be epproved and, by so doing, that Title 1&Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Code be emended to exclude the above descdbed prop~cty fro~n the R-3, Multiple Family Residential, Zone and to incorporate said described property in the ~ C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone upon the following conditions which are hereby found to ~ be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the safetY and eneral welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 1. Dedica~ion of forty-five (45) feet from the monumented centerline of Harbor Boulevard ~ (34.75 feet existing). 2. Installation of sidewalks on Santa Ana Stree~t in accordance with the adopted standard } plans on f ile in the office of the City Engi~eer. 3. Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Department of Public ~';`~ Works, Sanitation Division, prior to Final Building Inspection. ;,.9 4. Provision of a three (3) foot puhlic utility easement and a two (2) foot overhang ~ easement along the southerly and westerly boundaries of the subject property to adequately serve the subject property and other properties, at the time of the installation of the ;';.?~ service facili~ies. ;;:~ 5.
