PC 1962-1963-611r ~ ~ ~' J', ~ ~ RESOLUTION N0,611, SERZES 1962=63 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 346 BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Maheim did ceceive a verified Petition for Conditionel Use Permitfrom WOODEN SHOE RANCH INC., 8431 Monroe Avenue, Stanton, California, Owners; HARRY LINDENBERG or HARRY KNISLEY~ 8431 Monroe Avenue, Stanton, California, Agents of certain real prQperty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as the North 380.00 feet of the southwest quarter of the.southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 17, Township A Sot;th, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as said section is indicated on a map recorded in book 51 page 1Q of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder of said county. EXCEPT the West 20.00 feet thereof ; and WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on JanUary 21~ 1963, at 2:D0 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given as required by law and in ecco~dance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consid~r evidence for and ageinst said proposed conditional use and to investigate and make findings and recommendetions in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due Inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself end in its behelf, and after due consideration of all evidence end repo:ts offered at seid hearing, does fInd and determine the following feMs: 1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional.Use• Permit is authorized by this Code,to wit: establish a single story multiple family residential development on subject property. 2. Thet the p:oposed use will not adversely effect the edjoining land uses and the growth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be loceted. 3. That the size and shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development of the pcoposed use in a manner not detrimentel to the particuler area nor to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Meheim. 4. That the grenting of the Conditionel Use Permit uader the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, heaith, sefety, and~generel uelEere of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim. 5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area. 6. That the minimum space between structures as rec~:ired in Code: Section 18e~2.030 which requires that there shall be twenty feet between buildings rear to rear is hereby waived to permit an 1805 Foot space between said buildings. 7. That the minimum off-street parking requirement of one and one-quarter (1~) spaces per dwelling unit as required in Code: Section 10.32.120~is hereby waived ~o permit the construction of one hundred eight (108) garages as proposed in Revision No. 1: Exhihit No. 1 submitted. 8. Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Department of Public Works, Sanitation Division, prior to Fina1 Building.Inspection. i ' 2. Installation of fire hydrants, as determined to be necessary by the City of Anaheim ~ Fire Department, to provide adequate.fixe protection. 3. Development substantially in accordance with Revision No. 1s Exhibit No. 1 and ~~ Exhibit Noso 2 through 50 4. Establishment of a six (6) foot masonry wall along the north, east, and south boundaries of subject property prior to Final Building Inspection. 5. Provision that the corner cutoff of the access drive on the easterly portion of subject p~coperty shall be in conformance with Exhibit "A" of Resolution No. 62R-868, adopted by the City Council, October 2, 1962.
