WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did :eceive a verified Petition for CondFtionel
Use Permitfrom DpROTHY ANTES9 2021 Blanchard, Anaheim, California, Owner of certain real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, descr:bed
as followsa All that certain real property situated.in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa
Ana; beginning at a point 49025 feet South of the Northwest corner of the South one-half of the
Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 12, in Township 4 South, Range 10 West,
San Bernardino Base and Me:cidian, and running thence South along the Y~est line of said North-
west quartery £i5 feet; thence East 150 feet; thence North, parallel with the West line of said
Northwest quarter, 85 feet~ thence West, 15Q feet to the point of beginning
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commiasion did hold a public heering at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
February 49 1963~ et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
laH and in accordence with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for end ageinst seid proposed cronditioael use and to investigate and meke findings and recammendations in connection
thecewith; end
WHEREAS, sefld Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study mede by itself and in its behelf,
end after due consideration of all evldence and repotts offered et seid hearing, does find end determine the following fects:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
operate a dance inst•r•uction studio and a hofbrau in an existing building on subject propertyo
2~ Tiiat the sTze and shape of the site proposed for the uses is not adequate to allow
the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area
nor to the peace, healthY safety, and genei•al welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim.
3~ That the proposed use would be incompatible to the single family development
abutting 'subject property to the easto
4. That one person appeared in opposition to subject petitiono
