JENKINS9 15104 East Rosecrans, La Mirada, California, Agent ~~f certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot No. 70 in Tract No. 2517, and further described as 603 North Euclid, Anaheim, California ; and ~ --- ; ~: i i :i ! , WHEREAS, the City Planaing Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on Februazy 4~ 1963~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice oE seid public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in eccoidence with the provisiona of the Anaheio Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence for and against said pcoposed conditional use and to investigete and meke findings and recommendetions in coanection therewith; end , NHEREAS, seid Commisaion, eftet due inspectlon, investlgetion, end study made by itself end in its behalf, ead aEter due consideration of all evidence end reports offered at seid hearing, does find end determine the Eollowing fects: 1. That the pmposed use is pmperly one for which a Conditional.Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit: establish a health studio with conditioning exercises and steam baths on subject prop- erty. 2. That the proposed use aill aot advecsely effect the adjoiaing land uses end the growth and development oi the erea in which it is proposed to be ?~r,ated. 3. Thet the size and shepe of the site proposed for the use is edequete to allow the fuil development of the proposed use in a menner not detrimental to the perticular area nor to the peace, health, sefety, and general welEare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim. 5o That the traffic generated by the px•oposed use will not impose an undue burden upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area. 6. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
