PC 1962-1963-636.\ _ ,, ~.r ~..~` ~ RESOLUTION NO, 636~ SERIES 1962-63 A RESOLUi'ION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF3~I~E CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Aneheim did ceceive e verified Petition for Conditional ~ Use Permitfcom IAUIS and MARY IAU LAAANARE, PETER and LAURA DEMET, WILbUR and TONI CLARK, 930 Lincoln Avenue, Orange, California, Owners; IRVIN L. KEENER, 1902 North Main Street, ~~ Santa, Ana, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full ; and WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a publlc headng at the City Hatl in the City of Aneheim on February 18. 1963, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence for and egainst seid proposed conditionel use and to investigate and meke findinge and recommendations in connection thecewith; and . WHEREAS, said Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself end in its behelf, and efter due consideretion of all evideace end reporte offered at said headng, does find end determine the following fecta: i. That the proposed use is pmperly one for which a Conditionel.Uae Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit: permit the construction of a forty (40) unit motel and manager's quarters on subject propertyo 2. Thet the proposed uae will not adve~aely effect the edjoining laad uses end the growU- and development of the azea in which it is proposed to be located. 3. Thet the size and shepe of the site propoaed foe the use is edequete to allow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrlmental to the perticular erea nor to the peace, heslth, safety, and general welfere of the Citiz~ns of the City oE Meheim. 4. Thet the gcanting of the Conditional Use Permit unde~ the conditIons imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to the peece, health, safety, and general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burdEn upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the areao 6~ That subject property is within the Disneyland area as indicated on the proposed . Gene•ral Plan,. Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Department of Public Works, Sanitation Division, prior to Final Building Inspectiono 2o Installation of fire hydrants, as determined to be necessary by the City of Anaheim Fire Depa.rtment, to provide adequate fire protection. 3o Access drives shall be a minimum of twenty-one (21) feet fn width with adequate angle cut-offs previded, or a minimum of twenty-eight (28) feet in width if no cut-offs a:e provzded, and, in all cases, shall have <~ minimum vertical clearance of fourteen (14) feet. 4.
