That the proposed use is pcoperly oae for which a Coaditionai'..Use Pe~it is authorized by this Code, to wit: establish a one and t~ro story planned-unit multiple family residential development and waiver of the one story height limitation. 2. That the proposed use will aot adnersely effect the adjoining lead ases and the growth and developmeat of the area in which it is proposed to be located. 3. Tl~et the size end shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the parkicnlar area nor to the peace, health, safety, end general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 4. That the granting of the Canditioaal Use Permit nnder t6e cronditions imposed, if any, will rot be detrimental to the paace, heelth, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area> ~ 6e That the petitioner stipulated that carports will be substituted for the proposed garages, which shall be constructed according to the Code requireme~ts. . 7a That one person appeared in opposition to subject petition.
