A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 354 gE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Plenniag Commission of the City of Anaheim did ceceive a verified Petitioa for Conditionel

Owners; WILLIAM BENSZ9 12117 Gneiss, Downey, California, Agent of certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
PORTION "A": The South one-half of the Soutllwest quarter of tne Southwest quarter of '
the Northwest quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, San Bernarc3sno Base
and Meridiano EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 159 feet thereofo ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public headng at .the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on j
March 4, 1963 at 2:00 o'cleck P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as cequired by !
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Aaeheim Munir.ipel code, Chxpter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and against seid proposed conditional use and to iavestigate and meke findings and recommendetions ia connection
thecewith; end ~
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study mede by itself end in ite behatf, end
after due consideration of all evideaco end reports offeced at seid hearing, does find ead determiae the followiag fects:
I. That the proposed nse is pmperly one for which a Conditioaal.Use Peeinit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: establishment of a two-story multiple family, planned residential development with car-
ports,on Parcel "A" of subject propertyo • • .;~
2. Thet the pcoposed uae will aot adveesely affect,the edJoining land uses and the growth and development of `
the area 3n which it is propoaed to be located.
, 3. Thet the aize an.d shape of the site ptoposed for the use is adequate to allow the full development of the '
proposed use in a manner not detdmentel to the perticuler atea nor to the peece, health, sefety, end geaerel welfere ~
of the Citiaens of the City of Meheim. . ~ ;
4. Thet the grc~nting of the Conditionel Use Permit under the condltions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peece, health, seEety, and general welface of the Cltizens of the City of Aneheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use wiil not impose an undue burden upon
the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area. •.
6a That tNe structural height limitatiott of one story within one hundred fifty (150)
feet of R-A, Residential Agricultural Zoned property as required in Code: Section 18.32.060 ~

7o That the installation of carports in lieu of garages, is hereby granted under the ',
authority of Codet Section 18064.070. ~
8. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does heceby grent subject
Petition for Conditionel Use Petmit, upan the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject property in order to preserve the seEety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
