That the petitione: requests a varience from the Anaheim Municipel Code: Section 18 0 320 120 which requires 1~ garages per dwe~2ing unit to permit the cons•truciion of a multip'le family development with ~,az•po:c•ts on subject prope.rtyo 2. That there ere exceptionel or extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable to the property involved or to the intended use of the property thet do not epply generelly to the property or cless of use in the seme vicinIty and zone. . 3. That the requested varience is necessary for the preservetion and enjoyment of e substentiel property right possessed by other property in the same vicinity end zone, and denied to the property in question. 4. That the requested verIence will not be metedelly detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to the prop- edy ar improvements in such vicinity end zone in which the propecty ia located. 5.
