PC 1962-1963-665,e-. -~,:~ ii.,- ~•.J RESOLUTION N0, 655~ SERIES 1962-63 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 1553 gE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petitioa for Varience fcom CHARLES Ve AMADORy 2628 West 78th Street, Inglewood, California, Owner: BLAS MARAON~ 741 North Pauline, Anaheim9 California, Agent of certain real praperty situated in the City of Anaheim, .County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot No. 3 in the Anaheim Fxtension Tract, and fu•rther described as the 1st lot east of 1527 East Sycamore Street, Anaheim9 California. ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a publlc heering at the City Hell in the City of Aaaheim on March 4~ 1963 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public heari~g heving been duly given as required by law and in accordence ~,ith the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.63, to hear and coasidzT evidence for and egainst said proposed veriance end to investigate and make findings and recommendaiions in conne^- tion thecewith;•and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself end in its behalf, and after due consideration of all evidence end reports offered as said hearing, does find end deScrmine the £ollowing facts: 1. Thet the petitioner re uests e variance from the Anaheim Pdunicipal Cade: Section 18 0 32 0 080 (3~, which stipula'tes a twenty-five ~(25) foot rear yard requirement, Section 18~16e030 (4-b), which re- quires that an R-A parcel he not less than one (1) acre in area, and Section 18a32.12i~ which •requires gax•ages on subject propertyy to permit the construction of a single story multiple family planned residential development on subject property with a nine (9) foot rear yard and with carports„ 2. That there are exceptionai or extraocdinary circumstences or conditions aopliceble to the property involved or to the intended use of the property thet do not epply geneeally to the property or cless of use in the seme vicinity and zone. 3. That the requested variance is neceasery for the preservatiort end enjoyment of a substentiel property right possessed by other pcoperty in the seme vicinity and zone, end denied to the property in question. 4. That the requested varience will not be materielly detrimental to the public welfflre or injuriQUS to the prop- erty or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the propeny is loceted. 5.
