A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ~ THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERUIT 380 BE GRANTED • I WHEREAS, the City Plenr.ing Commission of the City pf Maheim did recelve e vedfied Petltion for Conditionel Use Permitfrom Eo Jo FISHER, 2802 West DeVoy Drive, Anaheim, California, Owner; YASUGI KUBU, 1371 Baker, Apartment S~ Costa Mesa, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County.of Orange, State of California as described in Fxhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to herein as thoug~ set forth in :ull ; ; and : WHEREAS, the City Planning Commiasion did hold a public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on ! March 4, 1963, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by ~ lew and in eccordance with the provlsions of the Aneheim Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear end consider evidence for end ageinst seid proposed conditionel use and to investigete end make findin~;s end recommendetions in connection the:ewith; end . WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, inveatigation, end study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideeation of ell evidence end repods offered et said heedng, does find and determino the following fects: 1. Thet the propoaed nse is properly one for which a Conditional,Uae Permit is euthorized by this Code, to wit: construct a church and church oriented,school on sub.ject propertya 2. Thet the pcoposed use will aot edvecsely affect the edJoiaing lead uses and the growth ead developmentof the acea in which it is proposed to be located. 3. That the size snd shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development oE the pcoposed use in a meneer not detdmental to the particular erea nor to the peace, health, saEety, end general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Meheim. . 4. That the g,centing of the Conditional Uae Permit under the conditions imposed, if eny, will not be detrlmenta' to the peace, health, sefety, end gene:al welfece of the Citlzens of the City of Aneheim. 5u That tfie traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area. 6. ' 2., Preparation of street improvement plans and.installation of all improvements for Dale Avenue, subject to the approval of the City Engineer and in accordance with the adopted standard ':.I plans on f ile in the office of the City.Engineero 3. Payment of $2000 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Dale Avenue. 4. Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Department of Public Works, Senitation Division, prior to Final Bui.lding Inspectiono 5. P.rovision ot modified cul-de-sac at the terminus of Elmlawn Drive subject to the approval of the City Engineer~ Engineering to be provided by the City of Anaheim and construction by the developer. 6.
