RECOMMENDLNG TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION NO. 62-63-82 gE APPROVED

; WHEREAS, the City ~lurnie~ Co:umission of the City of Anaheim did initiate a Petition for Reclass-

of California, desci•ibed a; i.a'i Noso 1, 2 and 3 in the Eygabroad Tract, and further described
as approximately 130~~ thr•,i 1318 West Center Street, Anaheim, California

r„ WHEREAS, U~e City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing et the City Hall in the City of Meheim on
;; March 4~ 1963~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice of said public heering ha~~ing been duly given os cequired by
~ law and in accocdence ~vith the provisions of the Maheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.72, to hear and consider evidence
' i for and egainst said pioposed reclassification and to investigate and make findings and cecommendetions in connection

WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itself end in its behelf, and

'jVOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Plenning Commisaion does hereby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim thet subject Petition for Reclessification be epproved and, by so doing,
that Title 1&Zoning of the Aneheim Municipal Code be amended to exclude the above de:acriUed property from the
G2, General .Commercial, Zone and to incorporate said-described p.ropert~f in the R-3, Multiple
,; Family Residential, Zone upon the following_conditions which are here~~y found to be a necessary
prerequisite to the proposed use of subject property in order te preserve the safety and
general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim.
