RESOLUTIQN NO. 675, SERIES 1963 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 1554 gE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Meheim did receive a vedfied Petition for Verience from MR. and MRSo PAUL MITTMANN~ 748 North Pine, Anaheim, California, Oumers of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, de- scribed as Lot No. 15 in Tract No. 1525, and further described as 748 North Pine, Anaheim, California ; end WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public headng at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on hlarch 18~ 1963 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public henring heving been duly given es required by law and in eccordence with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68,to hear and consider evidence for and ageinst said proposed varience and to invea~igate and meke findings and recommendations in connec- tion therewith; and WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, ead study made by itself and in its behelf, end aEter due corsidecation of all evidence and reports offered es seid hearing, does find and detecmine the following f actss 1. That the~petitioner requests a variance from the Anaheim Municipel Code: Section 18.20.010 (2~ ~ which stipulates a required distance of eight (S) feet between the main building and accessory buildings, to permit the addition of a family room to an existing residence to within four (4) feet of an existing garage on subject property. 2. Thet there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or conditions epplicable to the propecty involved or to the ir.f~nded use of the property thet do not epply generelly to the property or class of use in the same vicinity and zone. 3. That the requested varience is necessery for the pieservetion end enjoyment of a substential pmperty right poasesaed by other propedy in the same vicinity and zone, and deni~d to the ptoperty in question. 4. That the requested varience will not be meterially detrimentel to the public welfate or lnjurious to the pmp- edy or imp:ovements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is located. 5. Thet the cequested vedance will not adveraely affect the Comp:ehensive Genewl Pian. 6.
