KLEIN, 535 Victor Street, Anaheim, California, Owner of certain real prop- erty situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot Nos. 9 and 10 in the Santa Fe Tract, and further described a~ 500 and 502 East ~press, and 218 North Santa Fe, Anaheim, California ; and WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on March 18~ 1963, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given es required by law and in ~ccordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68,to hesr and consider evidence for end egainst said proposed varience erid to inves~igete and meke findings and recommendetions in connec- tIon therewith; and WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself end ia its behalf, end after due considewtIon of ali evidence and reports offered as seid hearing, does find and determine the followIng facta: 1. Th~E the petitIoner requests a varience from the Aneheim Municipel Code: SeCtion 18032o 010~ which requires 1~ garages per dwelling unit, to construct a four unit apartment building on subject property. 2. Thet there ere exceptional or extreordinary circumstences or conditIons applicable to the property involved or to the intended use of the p:pperty that do not epply generally to the p:operty or cloas of use in the same vicinity and zone. 3. Thet the requested verience is necessery for the preservation and enjoyment oE e substantial property right poaseased by other property in the same vicinity end zone, end denied to the property in question. 4. That the requested variance will not be meterIally detrimentel to the public welfare or injurious to the piop- edy or improvements in such vicinity and zone in which the property 1s loceted. 5. That the requested varience will not edversely affect the Comprehensive General Plen. 6. That no one appeared in oppo5ition to sub3ect petition. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant sub~ect Petition for Variance, npoa the folioming couditioas which are hereby found to be a necessery prerequisite to the pro- posed nse of the snbject property in order to presecve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim. , 1. Removal of parkway tree because of damage to curb, prior to Final Building Inspection.. 2. Repair of curbs on Santa Fe Street in accordance with the adopted standard plans on file in th~ off ice of the City Engineer, prior to Final Building Inspection. 3. Development substantially in accordance with plans, except that revised front, ' side, and rear elevations shall be submitted prior to April 1, 1963 for further consideration by the Planning Cotmnission.
