VlHEREAS, the City_ Planning Commission of the City of AneIieim did receive e verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permitfmm ANN ROSNER SILVER, 232 South Alta Vista Boulevard, Los Angeles 36, Cali-
fornia, Owner; MRS. SHIRLEY GLAS(30W, 10701 Parliament, Garden Grove, California, Agent
of certain real property situated in the Cii:y of Anahe un, County of Orange, State of
California, described as the easterly i07~00 feet of that portion of the west half of the
northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section 23, Township 4 South, Range 11
West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as per map recorded in book 51 page 7 of Miscellaneous

WHEREAS, the C1ty Plenning Commission did hold e public hearing at the City Hall in the City of AnaheIm on
MaTCh 18~ 1963~ at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given as required by
law end in ecwrdence with the provIsions of the Anaheim Municipal code, Chepter 18.64, to heer and consider evidence
for end egainst said proposed cenditionel use and to investigete and meke findings and recommendations ia connection
therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, end study mede by itself end in its behalf, end
after due consideration of all evi~ence end reports offered at aeid hearing, does find and determine the following fecta;
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel,Use Perinit is authorized by thiF ~ode, ;a
wit: establish a dance and acrobat studio in an exis~ing building on subject proper:,
2. Thet the proposed use will not edveisely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and developr.~ent of
the erea in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3. That the aize end shape of the site proposed for the use is edequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a menner not detri~ental to the particular area nor to the peace, heaith, safety, and general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Meheim.
4. Thet the granting of the Conditionai Use Permit under the conditions impased, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, heelth, sefety, and general welfere ofthe Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5. That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area~

NOW, THEREk'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Ccmmission does hereby grant subject
Pet~Yioa for Conditional Use Permit, upan the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject pnoperty in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Aaaheim:
1. Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by the Department of
Public Vrorks, Sanitation Division, prior to Final Building Inspection~
2. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit Nos~ 1 and 2a
