A RESOLUTIC::~i OF THE CITY PLANPTING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 392 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did ceceive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permitfrom ARtA RAY WiLLIAMS, 3219 Ball Road, Anaheim, California, Owner; THOMAS WEIDA
and~or H. ROSS LEWIS, 3386 Keys Lane. Anaheim, California, Agents of certain real property
situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as the
South 325.07 feet of the East 134~00 feet of the West 398.00 feet of the East half of the
Southeast quarter of the soutlrm~es•t quarL-er of Section 14, To•umship 4 South, Range 11 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as per map •recorded in book 51 page 1'1 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the co~unty recorder of said ~o~mt'y

NHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing et the Ciry Hall in the City of Anaheim on
March 18~ 1963, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in acco:dence with the pcovisions of the Anaheim Municipei code, Chaptec 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and ageinst said ptoposed conditionel use and to investigate and meke findings end recommendations in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due lnspectlon, investigation, end study mada by itself and in its bahelf, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offeeed at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
I. That the proposed use is pcoperly one fot which a Conditional.Use Permit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: establish a single story multiple family planned residential devel.opment with carports
on subject propertyo
2. Thet the propoGed use will not adversely effect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of
the acea in which it is prop~sed to be located.
3. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is edequate to allow the full development of the
proposed use in a menner not detrimental to the perticular acea nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. .
4. Thet the gcanting of the Conditional Use Per.nit under the canditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfa:e of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5. That tHe traffic generated by the propesed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed'~and impio~ved to carry the i:rafifc in the areao
6. That no one appeared ln opposition to sub~ect petition~

i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject
~4 Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which ace hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
