PC 1962-1963-702~~~ ~ ~ ' RESOLUTION NO. 702, SBRIHS 1962-63 " A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY FLANNING COMNllSSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIhi THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 399 BE GRANTED WHEREAS, the City Planning CommI3sion of the Citq of Meheim did receive a verified Petition for Coaditionel Use Pecmitfrom BROOKHURST SiiOPPING CENTBR, 2293 West Ball Road, Anaheim, California, Owner; GARCIA'S, 905 South Broodhurst utreet, Anaheim, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, ~;ounty of Orange, State of California, described as: The West 175.90 feet of the Sast 280.90 feet of the South 85 feet of the North 110 feet of the South 25 acres ~f the Southeast quart~r of the Southeast quartea of Section 18, in Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as sho~wn on a Map thereof recorded in Book 51 page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange County, Califoroia ; end WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hoid a public hearing at Lhe City Aall in the City of Anaheim on April 1, 1963 et 2:00 o'dock P.M., notice of seid public hearing h~ving been duly given as requiced by law end in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel code, Chepter 18.64, to hear aad consider evidence for and against said proposed conditional use and to iavestigate and meke findings and recommendetions ia cannection therewith; end WHEREAS, said Commission, after due iaspection, investigation, end study made by itself and in its behalf, end after due considecntion of ell evidence end reports offered at said heariag, does find aad determine the following feMs: I. That the proposed use is properly one for which a Condiftional.Use Permit is anthorized by ttue Code, to wit: permit the on-sale of beer in conjunction with an existing restaurant operation on subject property~ 2. That the proposed use will not adversely effect the adjoiniag lend uses and the groatL aad development of the azea in which it is proposed to be located. 3. That the size and shepe of the site proposed for the use is adequete to allow the full development of the p~oposed use in a manner not detrimental to the perticular area nor to We peace, health, safety, end general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. 4.
