NOW, TIiEREFORE, BE YT RESOLVED thet the Maheim City Planning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following canditions which are heceby found to be e necessary prerequisite
to the proposed use of the subject pcoperty in order to preserve the safety end general welfere of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
lo Provision that the sale of beer and wine shall be in conjunction with the sale of
food in.an existing restauranta
2. Landscaping shall be subject to the approval of the Superintendent of Parkway
Maintenance, prior to the issuance of a Business License.
