A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF 1'HE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECI.ASSIFICATIO,i N0. 62-63-87 gE ppp~pVED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Aneheim did receive a vedfied Petition for Reclassifica-
tioafrom ANTONIO VESCE, 2181 West Forest Lane, Anaheim, California, Owner; RICHARD Lo PIERCE,
119 East Occidential Street, 5anta Ana, California, Agent of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot Nos. 4 and
5, and the westerly 10 feet of Lot Noo 3, Block No. 1 of the Eygabroad Subdivision, and
further described as 1224 West Center, Anaheim, California

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Meheim on
April 1, 1963 at 2:00 o'clock P.M. notice oE said public hearing heving been duly gtven es cequired by
lew and in ecrncdence crith the provisions o[ the Anaiteim inunicipei ~,ode, i.nepier i"o.ii, io near nnd consider evidence
for and against said proposed reclassiflication end to investigate and make findings end cecommendetions in connection
therewith; and , ..
WHEREAS, ssid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself end in its behelf, end
after due considecation of ell evidence and ceports offered at said hearing, does find end determine the following fecte:
1. That We petitioner proposes a reclessificetion of the above described property fcom the C-2~ General
Commercial, Zone to the R-3, Multiple Family Residential, Zone to permit the construction of
a 14-unit apartment bu~lding ~n subject property.
2. That the proposed reclessificetion of subject property is necessery and/or desicable for the orderly and pra
per development oE the commuaity.
3. That the proposed rer.lessification of subject property does properly :elate to the zones end their permitted
uses locally established in close proximity to subject property and to the zones and their permitted uses generelly eatr,?~-
lished th:oughout the community.
4. That the proposed reclassification of subject property does not require dedi.;;ation
for and standard improvement of abutting streets because said property doe~ relate tc, and
abut upon streets and highways which are partially improved to carry the type and qu;3ntity
of traffic, which will be generated by the permitted uses, in accordancz with the circulation
element of the General Plano
5. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
