I.~'WI3 and/or MORRI BiTKSR, 220 ~ast Z"t'r, $treet, Costa Mesa, California, pgents of ~~ certain real propertq situated in the City of Rnaheim, County of Orange, State of California ~ as described in Bxhib±t "A" attr:ched hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full ~ • ; and WHEREAS, the Ciry Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on April 1, 1963 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal Code, Chapter 1$.72,to hear and consider evi- dence for and against said proposed reclassification and to investigate and make findings and recommendetions in connection therewith: and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself and in its behelf, and efter due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts: 1. That the petitioner proposes a reclassification of the ahove described property f:om the R-k, Residential Agricultural, Zone te ~the R-3, Multiple Family Residential, Zone to permit the establishment of an 18-unit apa•rtment b•~ilding~ 2,. That the proposed rec'lassification of.subject property is not necessary and~or desirable for the o.rderly and proper development of the community. 3~ That the petitioner proposes the establishmer.t of an overcrowded living environmenta 4,. That the p•roposed development would be incompatible to the existing uses, and would be detrimental •to the highest and best possible land use development of property adjacent and in close proximTty to subject pz•operty~ 5.
