FOR ~AIDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 359 CLARIFYING QONDITION N0. 4 OF RESOLUTION N0. 623

WHEREAS9 the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did adopt Resolution
Noo 623, Series 1962-63, on February 4, 1963, which resolution did contain in Condition
No~ 4, to wits
"Development substantially in accordance wfth Exhibit Nosa 1, 2, and 3, except that the
proposed liquor.store operation in the proposed hotel addition shall not be permitted
unless it ls relocated and is integrated with the other shops for the primary service
of the hotel guest;" and
WHEREAS9 the petitioner on April 1, 1963 requested a clarification of said conditiono
I NOW, THEREFORE9 BE IT RESOLVED that the purposes and intent of Condition No. 4 was
~ to require the development of the permitted uses substantially as indicated on Exhibit Nos. 1,
2, and 3, provided that the proposed liquor store operation adjacent to Harbor Boulevard be
relocated to the Katella Avenue portiun of the existing motel development and integrated
within the development, and that in lieu thereof, the AM/FM radio station, and the commercial
! airline iicket office (txavel agency) may be established on the Harbor Boulevard frontage,
i but tha~t in no case shal.l any retail sales be conducted in the proposed store location
, on Harbor Boulevard,.
