WHEREAS., Conditional Use Permit No. 370 for the establishment of a used car sales agency
was approved by the Planniag Commission on February 18, 1963, and by the City Council on
March 12, 1963s and
WHEREASy a nerv petition fox• Reclassification No. 62-63-101 for the establishment of a
used car sales lot was approved by the Planning Commission on April 15, 1963.
