THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 1560 gE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commissian a: the City of Anaheim did ceceive a vedfied Petition for Varience from
Rn Da and VIRGINIA CLAN:'ON BOGGS~ 1067 Reseda, Anaheim, California,Owners of certain real
property situated in~the City of Anaheirti; County of Orange, State of California, described
as Lot No~ i of Tract No. 4612, and further described as 1031 Reseda, Anaheim, California
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Lommission did hold e public headng et the ~ity Hall in the City of Anaheim on
April 29~ 1963, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid pubiic hearing heving been duly given as required by •
law end in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Nlunicipel Code, Chepter 18.68, to heer and consider evidence for
and ag9inst seid proposed variance and to investigete end meke finding's end cecommendetions in connection theeewith;
and ~
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study mede by itself end in its behalf,
and after due consideration of ell evidence and reports offeted es seid hearir~g, does find and determine the following
fr+cts:
1. Thet the petitioner requests e varian.ce from the AnaheIm Municipal Code: SeCtion 18.24.030 (2) ~ which
requires a side yard of not less than five (5) feet, to permit the construction of a single
family dwelling unit within one foot of the property line of subject property.
2o That the recorded Finel. Map of Tract No. 4612, as approved by the City, has not
been shown to be in error, and, therefore, subject petition is neither necessary nor desirable.
