RAAB, 2741 Orange Avenue, Anaheim, California, Owner; DOROTHY R. WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on April 29~ 1963 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public hearing having been duly given es required by law and in accordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68,to hear and consider evidence for and egainst said proposed veriance end to investigote and make findings and recommendations in connec- tion therewith; and WHEREAS, seid Commisslon, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself end in its behelf, and after due considecation of all evidence end reports offered es said heering, does find end detennine the followin~r facts: 1. That the petitioner requests a va~ience from the Aneheim Municipal Code: Section 16a24.030 (3-b)9 which stipulates the minimurti rear yard requirement, to permit the construction of a family room~ 2. Thet there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstences or conditions appliceble to the property involved or to the intended use of the property thet do not epply generelly to the property or cless of use in the seme vicinity end zone. 3. Thet the requested vecience is necessary for the pceservation and enjoyment of a suhstential property right possessed by other propedy in the same vicinity end zone, and denied to the property in questlon. 4. That the requested vexience will not be meterially detrimeniel to the public welfate or injucious to the pmp- erty or impcovements in such vicinity and zone in which the property is loceted. 5. That the requested vasience will not advecsely efEect the Comprehensive Generel Plen. 6. That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition.
