April 29, 1963, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public heering heving been duly given es required by

1. That the pmposad use is pmperly one for which a Conditionel.Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, to
wit: permit the expansion of an existing children's day nursery.
2. That the ptoposed use will not advetaely affeM the edjoieing land uses and the growth aad development of
the azee in which it is proposed to be loceted.
3. That the eize end ahepe of the site proposed for the uae is edequate to ellow the full development of the
proposed use in a mennet not detdmentel to the petticular acea nor to the peace, health, aeEety, end general welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Maheim. .
4. Thet the grenUng of the Conditionel Use Petmit under the conditions impoaed, if any, wii; :~ot be detrimentel
to the peace, health, sefety, and general welfare of the Cltizens of the City of Aneheim.
5. 'That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area.
6. That the petitioner stipulated that the enrollment in the nursery would not
` exceed eighty (80) children.

Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditiona which are hereby fourtd to be a necessery prerequisite '
to the p:oposed use of ttie subject praperty in order to presecve the sefety and general welfare of the Citizens of the

1. Payment of the balance due for the construction of street improu.ements performed
under Job'SJo. 726, the amount to be determined by negotiations with the C3ty Engineer's
o~f ice.
2. Development substantially in accordance with Exhibit Nos. 1 2, and 3.
