NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT F2ESOLVED that the elnahe.im City Planning Commission does hereby grent subject
Petition for Conditionel Use Permit, vpon the following conditioas which ace heceby fonnd to be a necessary prerequisite
to the pro~osed use of the subject property in ordet to Qresecve the saf~ty and generel welfare of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim: ,
1. Dedication of forl:y-five (45) feet Zrom the monumented centerline of Broadway
(40 :e2t axisting).
2o Preparation of street improvement plans and installation of all improvements for
Broadway, subject to the approval of the City Engineer and in accordance tvith the adopted
standzrd plans on rile in the office of the City E~Sineer. -
3. Payment of $2a00 per front foot for street lighting purposes on Broadwayo
4e Provision of standard trash storage areas as determined by tt:~ Department of
Public Works, Sanitation Division, psior to Final Building Inspectiona
5. Time limitation ;:f one hundred and eighty (18U) days for the accomplishmert of
Item Nosa 1, 2, and 3a
6. Development substantially in accordence with R.evision No., 1: Exhibit No, lo
