posed use of the subje:t pmperty in order 4o praserve the sefety ead geneeal welfare of the Citizeas of the City of
Aaeheim.
1. Payment of $2.00_per front foot.for street lighting purposes on Wilken Way.
2o r~rovision of standard trash storage areas as deter~in2d~ by t he nepa*+ment of Publ±c
Works, Sanitation Di~ision, prior to Final Building._Inspection.
3. Payment of a Park and Recreatioa_Fee of $25.00 per dwe2ling unit to be collected as

4.- Time limitation of one hundred and eighty (180) days for the accomplishment of Item
