H. $ EUNICE M. ABLES, 34865 Acacia, Yucaipa, Celifornia, Owners; DAJL• DE"i.AP10, ` care of Food Maker Company, 3452 East Florence Avenue, Huntington Park, California, Agent of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, ~e~,:nty of Orange, State of Cali- fornia, described ast Beginning at the intersection of the North line of Lot No. 4, in said Block 12, extended Westerly along the cer.~erline of Garden.Grove Road, in the Cii;y of Anaheim, as shown on said map; thence Easterly al.onq said Westerly extension and the North line of Lot No. 4, 210 feet; thence South, parallel to the centerline of Garden Grove Road, 162 feetg thence Niest, parallel.to the North line of said Lot No. 4, and its Westerly extension, 210 feet to a point in the centerline of Garden Grove Road; thence, North along said centerline, 162 feet to the point of beginning ~,, ; and WHEREAS, the City Plarsning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on May 27~ 1963~ et 2:00 o'clock P.NI., notice of seid public hearing heving been duly given as required by law end in accordance with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.72,to hear end consider evi- dence for end against said proposed ceclassification and to investigete and make findings end recommendations ir. connection therewith: and WfiEREAS, saicl Commis~ioe, efter due inepectien, investigetioa, and slu3y mede by itself ead in ~ta beha2f, and after due consideretion of all evidence end repoY.s of[ared at said heering, does find and determine the followIng facts: 1. Thet the petitioner proposes a reclassification of the ebove described property from the R-1~ One Family Residential, Zone to the G-1, Neighborhood Commercial, Zone to establish a drive-through restaurant. ~ 2. That the proposed reclassification of sub~ect property does not properly relate to the zones and their permitted uses locally established in close proximity to subject proper- ty and to the zones and their permitted uses generally establi=hed. t??*n::ynout the community. 3. That the proposed reclassification would be incompatible to the single family residential environment presently exi.sting ad~acent to and in close proximity to subject property. 4. That one person representing five adjoining property owners appeared in opposition to subject petition.
