1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Condltianal Use Petmit is authoriied by this Code, to wit:
establish a drive-through restaurant with vraiver of parking requirementse
2. That the proposed use will adversely affect the adfoining land uses and the growth
and development of the.area..in which.it..is proposed to be located.
3. That the proposed use.WOUld..be incompatible to the single'family residential
Qnvironment presently exi.sting adjacent.to and in close proximity to subject property.
4. Tha',•. the granting of .the Conditional.Use Pexmit will be detrimental tothe peace,
health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim.
