That the petitioner pcoposes a reclessiHcation of ihe above descri}.ed property fmm the R-A~ Residential Agricultural,.Zone to the R-3, Multiple Family Residential, Zone to establish a one and two-story multiple family planned residential development with carports. 2. That the street.improvement plans.shall.be prepared and all engineering requirements j of the City of Anaheim along the newly dedicated street, such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, ~ street grading and paving, dsainage.facilities,•or other appurtenant work shall be completed { as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications ~ on file in the office of the City Engineer; pro'vided that a temporary asphalt berm shall be installed along the eastexly one foot of said street; and (b) that a bond in an amount ar,d ~ form satisfactory to the City of Anaheim shall be posted with the City to guarantee the ; installation of said engineering requirements. That the owner of subject proper•ty shall pay to;the City of Anaheim the sum of $2.00 ~~ per £ront foot, along tA,e west side of the newly dedicated street, for street lighting ? , purposes; or the installation of street lights on the new street in accordance with a street ~ V ~g Iighting plan approved by the Director'of Fublic Uti].ities. ~ '~ 8. That the compl.etion of these reclassi.fication proceedings shall be ;ubject to ~ th.e granting of ConditionaZ Use Permit No. 426. 3 9.
