after due conside:etion of all evidence and teporta offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following fects:
1. Thet the proposed use is properly one for which a Conditionel,Use Permit is authodzed by this Code, to
wit: estab3ish a•residence in conjunction with printing shop in a C-29 General Commercial,
Zoneo '
2. That the pcoposed use will aot adversely e£fect,~hc adJoining lend uses end the growth end development of
the azea in which it is proposed to be loce.ted.
3. The; the size end shape of the Fite proposed foe the use is odequate to allow the full developmeat of the
proposec uae in a mannet not dotdmental ta thc pai4iaeder eres nor to the peace, health, sefety, and genem( welfare
uf the CItizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. Thet the granting of the Conditionel Use Peraiit under t6e conditiuns impesed, if any, will not be detrimentel
to ti~e peace, health, sefety, end general we:fure of the ritizenc of the City uf Aneheim,
5. That thP traf'fic: genexated by the proposed use will not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highwa•ys designed and improved to carry the traffic in the area.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFSOLVED that the Anaheim City Plenning Commission does hereby Qrant subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following ~onditions which ere heceby found to be a necessery pcerequisite
to the psoposed use of the subject property in order ~to prese:ve the sefety and genecal welfere of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim: '
