situated in the City of Hnaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot
~ Nos. 8, 9, 10, and 11 of Tract No. 743, and fu:ther described as 829 South Knott Avenue

WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public headng at.the City Hall in the City of Aneheim on
June 10~ 1963, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as required by
law and in accordance with the proviaions of the Aneheim Municipal code, Chapter 18.64, to hear and consider evidence
for and ageinst said proposed conditional use and to investigate and meke findings and recommendations in connection
thetewith; and
WHEI2EAS, said Commiseion, after due inspeMion, investigetion, end atudy msde by itselE end in its behalf, and
aEter due consideration of ell evidence and reports offered at said headng, does 8ad and determine the following fecte:
1. That the proposed use is ptoperly one for which a Conditioaal,Use Pe~it is euthorized by this Code, to
' wit: establish a family:billia•rd center in an existing building on sub3ect propertyo
2. Thet the pcoposed usa will aoe edceesely effect.the adjoining land uaes end the growth and development of
the area in which it is proposed to be loceEed.
3. That the size end shape of the site proponed for the use is adequete to allow the full develepment of the
proposed use in a manner not detrime~tel to the particular area rior to the peece, health, safety, an1 gaaecel walfare
of the Citizens of the City of Meheim. .
4. That the granUng of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, iE eny, will a.ot be detdmental
to the peace, health, safery, and general welfere of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
5o That the traffic generated by the proposed use will not impose aa untlue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and improved to carry the traffic in the areao
6o That two persons appeared, and a petition signed by thirty-nine (39) persons

~.~ Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which aie hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite
~ to the proposed use of the subject pcoperty in order to p:eserve the safety and genecal welfare oi the Citizens of the

~~: that 50 foot candle level be ce•rtified at qua.r.terly intervals by an electrical engineer in
