That prior to the issuance of a Building Permit, Conditions, Covenants, and Restric- jd tions, approved by the City A+,torney's office, shall be recorded against subject property, c~ said Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions to be substantially in accordance with Er.hibit r No. 4(pages one through four) prepared by the City Attorney°s o£fice, incorporated in subject Condi+,ional Use Permit fileo ~ 10.
