That the proposed use is properly one for •,vhich a Conditional Ues Permit 'is authorized k~y this .Code, to witi Section .18052.05~ (1-a) to establish a building mater~al storage ard, draying, freighting and truck .terminal,.and.a..f.eed..and.fuel yard; Section 18052.050 (1-g~ to establish a restaurant.(.with or without cocktail_.lo.unge);.Section 18.52.050 (2-a), to establish retail distributing firms prim~rily servin _commerce and industry with incidental service to the.general publicr Section.18.52.050 .(2-b~,.to establish service business firms, including business and professional offices, pritnarily serving con;merce and industry, with incidental servir.e to the general public; Section 1R.52.050 (2-c), to establish an automobile and truck overhauling, painting, mechanical and body and fender repair; Section 18.52.050 (3), to establish any use permitted by riaht in the M-1, Light Industrial Zone, to be established on subiect property without subsequent p.~ocessing of additional use permits which may be necessary because r~f their proximity to any existing or future.public school site~ 2. That the proposed use will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of the area in which it is proposed to be located. 3. That the size and shape of the site oroposed for the use is ad=quatp to allow the full dev~Zopment of the proposed use in a mar,ner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, and genoral welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim. 4. That the granting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detrimental to th~ peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheim. 5. ' ^~ { "~ . w~' NON, THEREF~RE, 8E ~T RESOLVED that !he Aneheim C:it; Plenning Commission does hereby grant subject Petition for Conditlonai Use F-arm:t, upon the folIowing conditions which are he:eby found to be a necessery pcerequisite to the groposed use of the sabjeci property in order to preserve the sefety and general welfare of the Citizens oF the CIty of Aneheim: 1. That sub~ect proper•ty shall be maintained and develope6 in accordance with all on-site development standards of the M-1, Light 1nduGtrial, Zoneo 2. That any signs to be e~ected on subject property shall be established in such a manner so as >>ot to be imcompatibl° with abutting and surrounding residential uses or detrimental to any existing or future school sites ad3acent to subject property.
