of said Orange Countyg EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 300,00 feet measured from the centerl~ne of
the 40,00 feet street adjoining said lot on the Nor.the ALSO EXCEPTING TFIEREFROM the South

by lew and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.72,to heer and consider evi-
dertce for ond egainst said propased reclessification and to investigate end make findings and recommendatione in
connection therewIth: and
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself ar~d in its beholf,
and efter due conside:ation of all evidence and reports offered at sai3 bearing, does find and determine the following
fect~:
1. That the petitioner proposes a reclessification oE the above deacribed property fcom the R-A~ Residential
Agricultural, Zone, to the R-3, Multiple Family Residential, Zone to establish a one and
two story'multiple family residential subdivision.
2. That the proposed reclassification of subject property is not necessary and~er
desirable for the orderly and proper development of the communityo
3. That thP proposed rPClassification of subject property does not properly relate
to the zones and their peri~it~Eed uses locally established throughout the community.
4o That the proposed development would be incompatible to the single family residential
integrity of property abutting on the east,south,and west of sub~ect propertye
5o That sub3ect property is developable for a],ow density single family subdivisiono
6._ That multiple family development in the vicinity of sub3ect property should not
extend southerly of Broadway.
7. That five (5) persons appeared in opposition to sub~ect petition.
