WHEREAS, said Commiasion, efter due inapection, investigetion, end study made by itself end in its behalf, and
after due conaideratioa of aIl evldence end reports offered ut said hearing, does fiad aad determine the following facts:
I. Thet the pcoposed uae is properly one for which a Conditional.Use Permit is euthorized by this Code, ta

pcoposed xsse in a manner aot detrimental to the perticulac erea nor to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim. .
4. That the grenting of the Conditionel Use Pemilt undec the conditions imposed, if any, will not be detdmente!
to the peace, heelth, sefery, and genecel welfare of the Citiaens of ffie City of Anehelm.
