CONNELY~ 525 South Cardiff, Anaheim' California, Owners of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim9 County of Orangey State of California, described __._ __... _ as: Commencing on the Southerly line of Block C of Kroeger°s Subdivision, as shown on a map thereof recorded in book 5, page 34, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange Count•~, at a po~nt 2D50 feet Westerly from the Southeasterly corner of said Block C; thence Northerly parallel with the Easterly line of said Block C, 231-1~3 feet to the true poa.nt of beginning; thence.Westerly parallel with the Southerly line of said Block C~ 242 feet; thence Northerly parallel with the Easterly line of said Block C, 60 feet; thence Easterly parallel with the Southerly line of said Block C, 242 feet; ~chence Southerly ~arallel with the Easterly line of said Block C, 60 feet to the point of beginning ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public headng at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on July 8~ 19639 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., rotice of said public head~g having been duly given as requited by law and in accordence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Cude, Chapter 18.68, to heat and coneidec evidence for and against said proposed varience and to investigate and nake findings and reccmmendetions in connec- tiou thecewith; and WHEREAS, said CommissInn, after due inspection, investigation, and study made by itself and in ita behalf, and after due consideratlon of all evidence and ceports offered as said hearing, does find end detennine the following facts: ~ 1. That the ovmers of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim~the sum of $25.00 for the new dwelling unit, to be used for park and recreat:on puxposes, said amount to be paid a.+. the time the building permit is issued. 2, That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with standard plans on file in the office of the Direc•tor of ?ublic Wor;;s, prior to final building ihspe~tion. 3. That subject property sha11 be developed substantially in accordance with nlans and specifications on fi?e with tiie City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibit Nos. 1, 2, and 3".
