Thet there are exceptionel or extceo:dinary ciccumstences or ronditions appliceble to the p:opeity involved or to the inteeded uae of the property that do not epply generally to the pmperty or clasa of use !n the seme vicinity and zone. 3. That a Record of Su•rvey io record the approved division of subject property be recorded in the office cf the Oranqe County Recorder. 3. Tkiat Condition No. 2, above mentioned, shall be complied with within a periad of one hundred eighty (180) days from date hEreof, or such further time as the Commission may yrant. 4. That subject property shall be developed substantially.in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibit Nose 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5". 5. Thet the petitioner shall initiate reclassification proceedings of subject properiy from the R-A, Residential Agricultural.
