NO. 1588 HE GR~VTED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did ceceive a verised Petition for Vadence £rom BIARD & CROCKETT PLUIutBING COMPANY, 12361 Eveningside Drive, Santa Ana, California, Owners of certain real property situated in the City o; Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot Noo 8 in the Olive Tract, and further ~?a~cribed as 708 East Sycamore, Anaheim, California ; end WHEREAS, the City Pienning Commission did hold s public hearing p4 the City Hail in the City of Anaheim on July 8y 1963y at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public heering having been duly given as required by lew end in ecca:dence with the p:ovisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear end consider evidence ~'or end ageinst said pcoposed variance and to investigete and make find€ngs and recomme:~detions in connec- tian therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, eft^r due inspection, investigation, and study made by itseif aad in its behalf, and efter due consideration of all evidence and zeports offered as eaid hearing, does find and determine the following '`~ €acts: 1.
