WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did ceceive a verised Petition for Vadence
£rom BIARD & CROCKETT PLUIutBING COMPANY, 12361 Eveningside Drive, Santa Ana, California,
Owners of certain real property situated in the City o; Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, described as Lot Noo 8 in the Olive Tract, and further ~?a~cribed as 708
East Sycamore, Anaheim, California

WHEREAS, the City Pienning Commission did hold s public hearing p4 the City Hail in the City of Anaheim
on July 8y 1963y at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public heering having been duly given as required
by lew end in ecca:dence with the p:ovisions of the Anaheim Municipel Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear end consider
evidence ~'or end ageinst said pcoposed variance and to investigete and make find€ngs and recomme:~detions in connec-
tian therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, eft^r due inspection, investigation, and study made by itseif aad in its behalf,

stipulates that all outdoor uses shall,enclose their site with a masonry wall of not less ~
than 6 feet in hsight; Section 18e52o060 (4-d), which stipulates the required parking for an
indtzstrial use to construcz a piumbing office and fabrication yard on subject propertyo
