~ tionfrom GAEI'ONE ABAAIDONATO, 1700 Irvine Aver,ue, Newport Beach, California, Owner of certain
~ real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
in Exhibit "A" attacned hereto and referred to herein as though set forth in full.

to the City Council of the City of Anahalm that aubject Petition for Reclassification be epproved end, by so 3oing,
that Title 18-Zoning of the Aneheim Municflpal Code be emended to exclude the above desccibed property from the
R-A, Residential Agricul'cur41, Zone and to incorporate said described property in the R-3~
Multiple fiamily Residential9 Zone upon t.he following conditions which are hereby {uuad to
be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of subject proper~y in order tc N::~sPxve the
saf,ety and general welfare of the citizens of the City of Anaheimd
