1. That the petitioner requests a variance from tlie AnaheiR~ Municipc+l Code; Section 18 0 320 030~ whiCh stipu-
lates the minimum space between stri:ctures; Section 18a32o0609 which requir2s a one story
haight limitation when withisi 150 fe~c of any R-A9 R-09 or R-1, Zone; Section 18032<0809 which
si:ipulates yard regulations in th~ R~?, ZonA9 to constxuct three two-story studio apartmentso
2. That there ere exceptional or extcaocdinery circumstences or conditions applicable to the propetty involved
or to the iniended use of ti~e p~operty that do not s~,ply generally to the nsopetty or cless of use in the aeme vicinity
end zone.

Petition for Variance, upon the following conditions which e~e heieby found to be e necessary peerequisite to the pm-
posevl use of the subject pco, e:ty in ctder to preserve the safety and generel welfere of the Citizena of the City of

lo That the owners of sub;~cd: property shall pay to the City of Anaheim, the sum of
$25a00 per dwelling unit to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to be
paid at the time the builcing permit is issueda
2o That trash si:orage areas shall be provided in accordance wlth standard plans on
file in ths office of the Director of Public Works, prior to final building inspectiona
3o That Variance Noo 1590 is granted subject to the compietion of Reclassification

4e That sub~ect property shall be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibit Noso 1~ 2, and 3",
except that the exterior shall be stone or wood as stipulated by the petitionere
