WHEREAS, the City Plenning CommisRion did hold e public headng et the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
July 22~ I963~ et 2:00 o'ciock P.115., notice of said public hearing having beep duly given as required by
law end in accocdance with the provisions of the Meheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18:64, to hear end consider evideace
for end against said proposed conditionel use and to iavestigate and meke findings and cecommendations in connection
therewith; end '
WHEREAS, seid Commiasion, efter due inspection, investigetion, end atudy made by itaelf enQ in ita beholf,
and efter due consideretion of all evidence aad reports offeced at eaid hearing, doea find end determine the following fects:
:. Thet the ptoposed use is properly ona for which a Condltional Uae Permit is authorized by this Code, to wit:
construct a two-story multiple family ~lanned rzsidential development, and waiver of i:he
following H-3 C~de provisions for the development of Portion "B"a single-story height limita-
tion, lot size, and front yard setbacke
2o That the proposed use will edversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth
