A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 1593 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning CommisRion of the City of Meheim did receive a vedfied Petition for Varience i
from J. A. AND ALIS TABRIS, 853 North Zeyn Street, Anaheim, Cal:fornia., Ownexs of certain
real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as Lot No, 8 of Tract No. 169, and furiher described as 853 North Zeyn Screet. ~

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold e pubIic hearing at the City Hall in the City of Aneheim
on July 22, 1963, et 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing heving been duly given as required
by lew and in ecccrdance with the pcovisions of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.68,to hearand consider
evidence for and egainst said proposed variance and to invesugate and make findings end recommendations in connec-
tion thecewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, aEter due inspection, investigatioa, and study mede by itself end in its behelf,
and after due considecation of all evidence and ceports offered es seid hearing, do~s find and detennine the following
fncts:
1. That Qhe petitioner requests a verience from the Anaheim b4unicipel Code: Section 18 0 04 0 05 0 (3~~ which
pr.escribes structural alterations and permitted uses of any accessory non-conforming building
in a residential.zone, to permit the use of an existing non-conforming building for additional
Iiving yuarL•ers on subjeci properiy,
2. That thece ace exceptional or extreordinary cIrcumstences or conditiones eppliceble to the property involved
or to the intended use of the property thet do not apply genetally to the property or ciess of use in the same vicinity
end zone.
3. That the requested veriance is necessery for the preservation and enjoyment of a substential propedy cight
possess~d by other p:operty in the aeme viclnity and zone, and denied to the pmperty in question.
4. That the requested veeiance wilY not be meterially detrimental t~ the public welfete or injurious to the pmp-
erty or improvements in such vicinity end zone in which the propedy is located.
5. Thet the requested vacience will not advecsely affect the Comprehensive General Plen.

~ PeUtioa for Variance, upon the following cronditions which ere hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the pro-
t posed use of the subject pcoperty in order to preserve the safety and general welfece of the Citiiens of the City of
~ t~neheim.
! lo That the curbs, damaged and~or hazardous sidewalks shall be removed and~or reconstru~t-
ed along I.aVerne Street and Zeyn Street, as required by the City Enqineer and in accordance
with standa•rd plans and specifications on file in the oifice of the City Engineer, prior to
f inal building inspectiono
