WHEREAS, seid Commission, efter due inspection, investigation, end study' made by itself and in its behelf, end a@ec due consideration of all evidenoe and reporta offeced e! said headng, does find end determine the following fects; 1. That the proposed use is pmperly one for which a Conditionel.Use Perinit is authorized by thie Code, to wit:construct an additional church and Sunday school on subject propertya 2. That the prnposed use will not edvecaely affect,the adjoiaiag land uaes and the growth and development of the azea in which it is proposed to be located. 3. Thet the aize and shape of the site ptopoaed for the use is adequete to allow tfie fuil development of the pcoposed use in a manner : ot detrimental to the perticulac acea nor to the peace, health, sefety, and generel welfere of the Citizens of the City oE Maheim. . 4. Thet the grantiag of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions impoaed, if any, will net be detdmental to the peace, health, sefety, end general welfare of the Citizens ofthe City of Anaheim.
