A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 63-64-4 gE DENIED
WHEREAS, the City Couricil of the C•i'ty of Anaheim did initiate reclassification proceedings
:as set forth in the City Council Resolution Noo 63R-239 on propertv described as the Northerly
210 feet and the Y~esterly 592 feet of the East twenty (20) acres ef the Northeast quarter of
the Northwest quarter of Section 28, Township 4 Southy Range 10 West9 San Bernar3ino Base and
Merridian
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
July 22~ 1963 at 7s 00 o'clock P.M., notice of said nublic uearing having been duly given as required
by law end in accordance with the provisions of the Aneheim Municipal Cade, Chapter 18.72,to hear and consider evi-
de.~nce for and ageinst said proposed reclassification end 'to investigate and make findings and recommendations in
connection the:ewith: and
WIiEREAS, said Commission, a~ due inspection, investigatioa, and study made by itself and in i;s behalt,
and after d~e consideration of all evidence and repotts effered at said hearing, dees find and detetmine the following

the above described property from the R-A, Residential Agriculturaly Zone to the C-1,
Neighborhood Commercial, Zoneo
2o That plot and elevation plans were no•t submitted for the Planni.ng Coimnission's
consideraticn by the ovmer of subject p•roperty in accordance with policy adopted by the Ana-
heim Planning Commissiono

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Planning Commission does heceby recommend
to the City Council of the City of Aneheim thet subject Peiition for Reclessification be denied on the basis of the
aforementioned findings.
