' \ _1 Y~' NOW, TTIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet the Anaheem City Planning Commission does hereby grant subject ' Petitiol fo~ Conditional Use Permit, upoa thc following cor,ditions which ace heceby found to be a necessery prerequisite ~ to the proposed use o: the subject property in order to preserve ihe sefety and generel welfare of the Citizens of the ~ City of Anaheim: ; lo That the owner of subject property shall pay to the City of Anaheim the sum of $2000 per frorit foot, along Zeyn Street, for street lighting purposesa i 2e That the curbs, gutters, and paving shail be installed, where not existing, ~ as required by the City Engineer and in accordance.with standard plans and specifications ` on f ile in the office of the City Engineer> ; 3, That Condition Noso 1 and 2, above meni:ioned, shall be complied with within q ~orjn~t ~~ l~~ uay5 irum datie nereoP., or such fur.ther time as the Commission may granta 4a That subject property shall be improved for pff~street parking in accordance ~ f with all Code requirements, provided that a six (6) foot masonry wall be constructed along ~ the north, west~ and south boundaries of subject propertya Further provided, that no access be permitted to the residential a11ey abutting to the west of subject property, 5o That installation of a six (6) foot strip of landscaping zlong the easterly p~:operty line except for the access drives, The aforementioned landscaping materials shall be adequat? to render the parking lot more compatible to ~the existing r?sidential uses to the north.and southo Said landscaping plans shall be submitted to and subject to the ~ approval of the Superintendent of Parkway Maintenance, prior to the utilization of subject property for parking purposeso THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approvefl by me thi~ lst da f August~ 1963e 1 ~.
