j Condition Noo 5, requiring 'that a six (6) foot masonry wall be installed on the west and

~" WHEREAS, A1ban Holtz, the petitioner in ConditionaY Use Permit Noo 236, on March 19, 1963, '

3~;~ did receive appro~~al from the City Cour~cil•to posi a bond to insure the installation of said •
~~' masonry wall within a year of said date; and

C+~ WHEREAS, Mrsa Ann Pa~alus, the petitioner in Conditional Use Permit Noo~i6, on February 13, ~~
~~ 1963, did receive •ipproval from the Cii;y Council to post a bond to insure the installation , ~
t of said masonry wall within a year of said date; and

i~ WHEREAS9 the City Planning Commission on a field trip in the vicinity of sub~ect properties, '; ~
~ ~ did ascertain that in order to retain the single family residential integrity of the properties i
s ~ in close proximity and to promote the potential compatfble developmeat of tne vacant land adjacent` 3
o~ to the service stations approved under sub~ect petition= now completed, it was deemed ~
-r~ ~ advisable to recommend that these masonry walls be constructed without further delay. ~
~'3 ~ NCSYy THFREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVID that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby ~
;j ~ •recoTmnend to the City Council of the City of Anaheiri, that the six (6) foot masonry walls ~
~ i~ C required in I~esolution Nos. 62R-687 and 62R-688, Condition Nos. 5, be installed iimnediately in
}~ E order to retain the potential compatibility of development and er.isting single family ; ~
