WHEREAS' there has been a great deal of inves•tigation of the uses in which the subJect
propsrty in Rarlacaifi.ation Noo 6•-3 64-10 and Conditional Use Permit Noso 456 and 4579 con-
sidered by the Planning Commission at a regular. meeting of the Commission held on July 22,
1963, has been involved, and
WHEREAS~ during these investigative:"P~~ocedures,it has been determined that there
might be some violations of the Anaheim Muni~ipal Code~ and
WHERFAS, it is the intent of the Planning Commission to clarify once and fos all
those parcels of pxoperty which are legally considerod conforming with the Anaheim
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS~ it is further the in~tent of the Planning Commission to determine al.l those
properties which are now being occupied for trailer park usesy and heing used illegally.

NOW THEREFOREy BE IT RESOLVID that the Anaheim Planning Commission does hereby ?
reccmmenc~ to ±he City Council of the City of Anaheim that upon the completion of pnblic `;`
hearing of Reclassification No~ 63-64~10 and Conditional Use Permi•t Nosa 456 and ~57, that
the City Attorney's Office be directed to investigate all t~ose properties now being used ~,';f
for trailer park purposes liy the owner of the Midway Trailer Paxk to deiermine that all i;.r
uses legally conform with the Anaheim Municipal Code„ ?
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that any violations found shall be •required to lega?Iy conform
with all sections of the Anaheim Municipal Code9 within 90 dayso
