A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLAPiNJ.NG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
THAT PETITION FOR CONDITIONAL U5E PERMIT 460 gE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Conditional
Use Permitfcom JESSIE L„ GQODMAN, 716 Webster, Anaheim, California, Owner of certain real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of Caliiornia, described
as Lot No„ 13 of Tract Noo 796y and further described as 716-~-Niebster, Anaheim9 California
; and
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a public hearing et .the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on
August 59 19639 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice of said public hearing having been duly given as requiced by
law and in accordance with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipel code, Chaptec l8.64, to hear end consider evidence
for and against said proposed conditional use and to investigate and meke findines and recommendetions in connection
theeewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, end study made by itself end in i4s behalF, and
after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find end determine the following facts:
1. That tne proposed use is properly one for which a Conditional.Use Perinit is authorized by this Code, to
wit: to permit the temporary use of an exisiing building on subject property for church
purposeso
2. Thet the proposed use will aot adveesely effect.the adjoining land uses end the g.owth and developmant of
the acea in which it is proposed to be located.
3. That the size end shape of the site proposed for the use is adequate to allow the.full development of the
proposed use in a manner not detrimental to the particular area nor to the peace, health, safety, end genersl welfere
of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim.
4. That the gcanting of the Conditional Use Permit under the conditions imposed, if any, will not ~e detrimental
to the peace, health, safety, and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Aneheim.
5o That th2 traffin generated by the proposed ~rse wi11 not impose an undue burden
upon the streets and highways designed and imp.ro•ved to carry the traffic in the ar.eao
6o That the petitioner stipulated that in the event complaints were received
r.elative ±o excessive dust emanating from ~the parking area, cliemicals or oi'1 would be
.applied to minimizs the dust nuisanceo
7o That no one appeared in opposition to subject petition,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Aneheim City Plenning Commission does heceby grant subject
Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are heceby found to be a necessery p~erequisite
to the proposed use of the subject propecty in o:der to preserve the safety and genecel welfece of the Citizens of the
City of Anaheim:
lo That trash siorage areas shail ba proJided in accordance w.ith approved plans
on file in the of£ice of the Director of Public Works, prior to final building idspectiono
2o That subject p.roperty sha11 be developed substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications ~n file with the C3ty of Anaheim, marked Exhibit No~ la
3~ That a•time limitation of one (1) year fo.r use of subject property be providedo
